What is Laverie Privée?

Laverie Privée offers a laundry service also available in delivery to individual and institutionnal customers. We take care of your laundry, we wash it, dry it, fold it and bring it back directly to the address of your choice.

What are your hours and service areas?

We can collect your laundry all over Paris. When you enter your address on our booking platform, you will be informed if our service is available at your address. We also deliver hotels, all you have to do is to enter the address of your hotel and indicate your room n°. Our customer service is open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. How much does your service cost?

Rates vary depending on the amount of laundry you have to wash, delivery delays and options selected. By making a reservation on our booking platform, a custom rate will be proposed to you.

How does the pick-up work?

One of our deliverers comes to your home to collect your bag of laundry. You just need to pack your laundry within a disposable bag and entrust him to take it. For several machines, make sure to book several offers and seperate them within distinct bags.

Are you really cheaper than your competitors and how is this possible?

Absolutely! Laundry services on delivery cost on average between 5€ and 8€ per kilo. In order to make this service accessible, we propose offers starting at 4€ per kilo. For this, we have divided our margin by two and negotiated competitive rates with our suppliers.

How do I know if an offer is adapted to the amount of laundry I need to get done?

When ordering on our booking platformyou will find, for every offer, a description that will help you choosing the most adapted one.

What quality of washing could I expect?

We wash and dry our orders within professional machines. Each order is processed individually. Each time, laundry is put in machine with care. In addition, we offer you additional options, such as the use of anti-discoloration wipes or softener.

How long should I forecast to place an order?

To place an order, we advise you to do it the day before, in order to guarantee you attractive rates as well as more available time slots. In case of urgent need, we invite you to make a reservation as soon as possible.
If you have an emergency need during the day, we invite you to contact our customer service.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

Usually, your laundry is returned within 24 hours. Moreover, we propose several optionsallowing you, among other things, to get your laundry back the same evening if you get it collected within the morning.

How can I be sure that my laundry is returned to me in good condition?

We are committed to provide the best service possible. However, Laverie Privée declines all responsibility for any potential degradation of the laundry caused by the washing and drying process. To limit the risks of discoloration or shrinkage, we advise you to read our instructions for a good wash.

What is the difference between your service and a dry cleaning service?

Our service carries out the washing of your daily clothes in machine with water and detergent. Dry cleaning allows you to remove stains from fragile clothes in dry cleaning, that is to say with a solvent. This why our service is different from a dry cleaner and also cheaper.

How can I place an order?

Is my laundry washed with the one of other customers?

Not at all! Each order is washed separately in order to guarantee you a quality service. One machine : one order, this is our guarantee. We are not an industrial laundry.

How do I pack my laundry?

We advise you to put your dirty laundry in a shopping bag or, even bette, in a closed bag. We can return your laundry within the same bag, but you can also provide us with a clean one that we will use to pack your laundry for return. If you have selected the folding/ironing option, we can return it to you in a cardbox so that we avoid wrinkling..
